Now located in the Maerua Lifestyle Centre, the stunning and upmarket store offers a bespoke range of Southern African beauty, bath and body products, as well as selected home softs and accessories. Our customer-centric approach means we’re focused on providing brands that are of exceptional quality and kind to the environment, which you are unlikely to find anywhere else in Windhoek.
Our Heritage
The company’s origins stretch all the way back to 1892 when brothers Gustav and Albert Voigts, along with their business partner, Fritz Wecke, first arrived in Namibia from Germany and set up a small trading post. In the 130 years that have gone by since then, the company has survived fires, bombs and uprisings, two world wars, the Great Depression, and many other changes and challenges en route.
The journey continues but the underlying principle remains immer etwas besonderes, meaning there is always something special.
